The sequel keeps the bright, decorative look of the first Fortuna and takes the pressure off. No clock runs here, which is the single largest difference between the two boards in this catalogue.

The tiles carry numbers, and reading them is the practical route through a layout. Rather than comparing two ornate designs by eye, you check the figures and know whether a pair is genuine before spending the click. Mah Jongg piles the tiles into a different silhouette.

Everything else is standard. Uncovered tiles come off in identical pairs, the pile empties from the top downwards, and the arrangement is finished when nothing is left standing. Kitchen Mahjong is two clicks away in the same section.

Without a timer the game becomes a planning exercise. There is no penalty for a long look, so the mistake worth avoiding is the careless early match that seals a pair beneath two layers, since a dead end is the one thing an untimed board cannot forgive. A shuffle is there if one arrives. Full screen shows the whole arrangement at once, and a mouse is what the build expects. Another layout to unstack is the Sports pile.

1. Read the numbers on the tile faces to identify matching pairs.
2. Check that both tiles are uncovered and free at a side.
3. Click them in turn to clear the pair.
4. Take your time, since nothing is counting down.
5. Continue until the layout is empty.

• Match by number — the decorative faces are similar, and the printed figures are quicker and safer to read.
• Plan the whole layer — with no clock, the right move is the one that opens the most, not the one you saw first.
• Do not strip one side — clearing a flank while the far side stays sealed is how an untimed board still ends in a dead layout.
• Keep a matched pair open — it costs nothing to hold one in reserve when time is not a factor.
• Use full screen — seeing every tile at once is the whole advantage a relaxed board hands you.
