Hamster Pop swaps the tile stack for a storage row. Hamsters are taken off the board and moved to the bottom of the screen, and once three of the same animal are sitting there together they are removed. Nothing is matched in place here — everything is matched in the row.
That row is also the failure condition, because it holds only so many. Every hamster you send down without a plan occupies a slot a useful third copy will need later, so the game is really space management: send pieces that complete a trio, and think twice before parking a lonely one. Tips & Tricks
- Never send a lonely hamster — a piece with no second copy in sight takes a slot you will want back.
- Count the copies on the board — knowing how many of an animal remain tells you whether a trio can still be completed.
- Clear from the top down — hamsters underneath others cannot be moved until the pieces above them are gone.
- Space is the resource — with no clock, the only thing you can run out of is room in the storage row.
