The rule stays the connect rule, with two matching butterflies joined and both leaving the grid, but the game is built to be returned to. There are hundreds of levels, daily rewards for coming back, and special events that sit alongside the main run, which is a different shape of game from a single board played once. Two turns and nothing in the way is also the rule in the Onet Connect Classic board.

New wings are unlocked as you go, and since the whole set is drawn in rainbow tones, a fresh unlock genuinely changes how hard the grid is to read.
