Mojicon Emoji Connect is an Onet board wearing an emoji set. The linking rule is the genre’s own, in that two identical tiles come off when a legal path joins them, but the faces on those tiles are drawn from a library of several hundred icons rather than from a fixed suit. That library is the practical difference. A traditional set repeats a handful of designs, so pairs are found by pattern; here the icons are individually distinct, which makes recognition faster but the sheer variety harder to hold in your head. 2Million Games pairs the tiles with calming backgrounds and marks every clean match with a spark effect, while combos reward stringing links together rather than pausing between them. 1. Find two tiles showing the same emoji.
2. Link them along a legal path to clear the pair.
3. Keep the links coming to build a combo rather than stopping to search.
4. Take every emoji off the grid to close out the level.

• Chain for combos — Mojicon rewards consecutive links, so line up your next pair before you take the current one.
• Sort by colour first — with hundreds of icons in play, colour narrows the search far quicker than shape does.
• Free the middle — the centre of the square grid is where icons get boxed in, and a stranded pair there ends the board.
• Do not over-study the set — the emoji library is large enough that memorising it is wasted effort, so read what is on screen instead.
