Cakes, sweets and pastries replace the traditional suits in Sweety Mahjong, and the set is bright enough that pairs stand out from across the board. That suits the design, because this is a solitaire layout built for a steady pace rather than a scramble.

No countdown runs against you. What the scoring does reward is momentum: matching quickly earns bonus points, so a confident run through a layout is worth more than the same layout picked apart slowly. Mahjong Fruits lays the same tiles out in another silhouette.

The clearing rule is the usual one. A tile has to be unblocked by its neighbours before it can be selected, and the whole board has to come off for the level to end. Kris Mahjong Remastered stands next to this one in the same list.

Code This Lab srl built this HTML5 release in 2016, and it responds to a mouse or a touchscreen. Full screen is worth using: the dessert art carries a lot of detail, and two similar pastries are easier to separate when they are not shrunk to thumbnail size. Garden Tales builds the layers into another arrangement.
