Mahjongg Dimensions 900 Seconds

Fifteen minutes is what separates Mahjongg Dimensions 900 Seconds from the rest of the line. Nine hundred seconds on a single rotating cube is long enough that the timer stops being the opponent and the layout becomes one, since you can afford to spin the block twice, count the remaining faces, and pick the pair that opens the most.

The board is the familiar geometric stack from Arkadium’s 2021 batch: cuboid tiles in a solid arrangement, a match allowed only when neither piece is covered and one side edge is clear, and the whole structure free to turn under the cursor. Score comes from quick matching and multipliers, so the long clock does not mean a slow run is rewarded; it means a fast run can be sustained without panic. The far side of the board matters in Fandango as well.

What the extra time really buys is the inside of the cube. Shorter editions end while the core is still packed, and here there is room to strip the outer tiles methodically and reach the pieces nobody usually sees. How that works is written out in the guide to rotating boards.

The stage is 640 by 480 and benefits from full screen on a desktop, where the geometric tile faces separate cleanly. Touch input is supported, and the build also answers keyboard controls. The Connect Hagi and Kisi board keeps the block and redraws its faces.

1. Rotate the cube until you have seen every side of the stack.
2. Find two free tiles with matching faces and click them in sequence to remove the pair.
3. Work inwards from the outer tiles so the packed core opens up.
4. Clear the whole structure inside the nine hundred seconds on the counter.

• Spend the first minute looking — with nine hundred seconds available, a full survey of the cube costs almost nothing.
• Still match quickly — the multiplier rewards consecutive pairs, and the long clock is no reason to dawdle between them.
• Dig for the core — this is the edition with enough time to actually reach the tiles buried in the middle.
• Rotate after every few removals — each clearance changes what the back faces show.
• Play in full screen — the 640 by 480 stage is cramped, and the geometric symbols are easy to confuse when small.
