Among Float Connect builds its board out of Among Us crewmates — the same bean-shaped figure repeated in a dozen colours — which makes it a colour-matching exercise far more than a shape-matching one. Two identical crewmates clear when the path between them turns through no more than two right angles.
The word in the title is the mechanic. On some of the twenty-seven levels the tiles are not fixed: once a pair goes, the survivors float away — downwards, upwards, to one side, in toward the centre, or splitting into two groups. Planning three moves ahead is wasted effort on those boards, because the third move will have moved by the time you get to it. The Advent grid belongs to the same easy-going list.
