Removal is the standard open rule, so a tile pairs when its top is clear and one side is unblocked, and the field empties from the outside inwards. 1. Look across the field and note which blooms appear more than once.
2. Find two tiles carrying the same sign, with a clear top and one open side.
3. Select both to remove them and open the tiles beneath.
4. Work inwards from the edges until the field is clean.

• Remember positions, not colours — the palette repeats, so location is what you actually retain.
• Roses and peonies confuse — check the petal shape before you commit to a pair.
• Edges before centre — the outer blooms are already free and open the field for the rest.
• Full screen for the bright set — the vivid palette is much easier to separate at size.
• Pair the rarest bloom first — a flower with only two tiles on the field is the one that strands a board.
